Handling Time

All orders are subject to up to 4 business days handling time.
Most orders ship same day or next business day, but this is not guaranteed.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We do not offer overnight or express shipping.


Shipping Methods

Depending on size and weight:

  • USPS Priority Mail – small items

  • UPS Ground / FedEx Ground – medium & large items

  • LTL Freight (Truck Line) – oversized or heavy items

    • Business/commercial address only


Shipping Locations

We ship to the lower 48 United States.

Additional charges apply to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Territories

  • International destinations

If shipping is underpaid, we will:

  • Invoice you for the difference, or

  • Cancel the order at our discretion


Oversized / Freight Orders

Oversized or heavy shipments may require:

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Manual handling

  • A business address with receiving capability

  • A working phone number for scheduling

You will be contacted for approval before the item ships.

We cannot guarantee carrier transit times.


Backorders & Availability

If a part is on backorder or discontinued, we will attempt to locate a replacement and update you promptly.

We do not ship COD orders.


Lost, Late, or Damaged Packages

Please contact us if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the item has shipped and before processing begins.

Cancellation Without Fee

  • If your order has not started processing (testing, cleaning, prepping, packaging), cancellation is free.

Cancellation With Restocking Fee

If we have already started working on your order, cancellations may incur a 20% restocking/processing fee, including when:

  • We began cleaning/prepping the part

  • We tested the part

  • We packaged the part

  • We generated shipping labels

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Underpayment Cancellations

If incorrect shipping was paid:

  • We will invoice you the difference

  • If unpaid, the order will be canceled


Special Order / Freight Order Cancellations

Special-order or freight shipments may require additional fees due to preparation or freight scheduling.
